PJVAR offers free of charge online access by published articles through its platform which are reusable. By default, we publish these articles under a Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence that allows reuse subject only to the use being non-commercial and to the article being fully attributed.
PJVAR does not charge authors for manuscript submission. However, a processing fee of USD 250 from foreign authors and Rs.30000 PKR for local authors is expected for all the accepted papers in this journal. This fee covers the operational cost e.g., website hosting, website domain charges, website maintenance, payment of clerical work and typesetting charges etc. The processing fee will only be required after acceptance and does not in any way affect the peer review of the paper. PJVAR purely work on non-profit model, ensuring that editorial decisions are independent of payment ability.

PJVAR provides open access to all published articles at (https://pjvar.com) free of charge. Readers can freely read, download, and share articles for educational and non-commercial purposes. No subscription fees are required, and all content is available online immediately upon publication.
APC Waiver Policy
We are well aware that some of the authors lack funds to pay APCs therefore we allow them to apply for the full or partial APC waiver. No payment information is requested before an article is accepted, so the ability to pay cannot affect editorial decisions.
